Illustration of a delivered gap report.
Seven data elements, for every certificate, on every entry.
Since 8 July 2026, importers of regulated consumer products must file certificate data electronically, either in full at entry or by reference to the free CPSC Product Registry. Foreign-trade-zone entries follow on 8 January 2027. Missing data raises the chance of holds and inspections.

What we do not do.
Knowing where our work stops is part of doing it safely.
No filing with CPSC or Customs
You, your team or your licensed broker files. We prepare and check the data.
No classification or customs advice
We don't assign HTS codes or advise on entries. That is your broker's work.
No testing or certifying
Testing is done by CPSC-accepted labs. The importer or manufacturer certifies.
No legal advice
When something needs a lawyer, we tell you so.
Straight answers.
Do my products need eFiling?
If you import consumer products covered by a CPSC rule that requires a certificate, very likely yes. Children's products need a Children's Product Certificate based on third-party lab testing. If you're unsure, the Quick Check will show which SKUs are affected.
Do you file for us?
No. We prepare files ready for the CPSC Product Registry and a clean sheet for your broker. You or your broker files.
What if a test report is missing or out of date?
We mark the SKU as Waiting or Blocked, explain why, and request the document from your supplier or lab. We never fill a gap with a guess.
Who is responsible for the data?
You remain the certifier and approve every record before it is used. Our liability is limited to the fees for the work, as set out in our terms.
Is my data safe?
Documents are used only for your work, shared only with people on your project, and deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. NDA on request.
