What we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name, company, work email and phone number.
- Business documents you share for the work, which may contain names and contact details of your staff, suppliers and labs.
- Correspondence with you and, on your instruction, with your suppliers and labs.
This website
This website has no accounts and no database. The contact form does not send or store anything: it opens your own email app with a draft that you choose whether to send. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, to do the work you ask for, to invoice, and to keep the business records we are required to keep. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your documents for marketing.
Who sees it
People working on your project, and the email, storage and software providers we use to run the business. With your instruction, we share the minimum needed with your suppliers, labs or broker. Our team may work on your project from outside the United States.
How long we keep it
Documents are kept as described on the Document handling page. Emails and invoices are kept as business records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@efilingready.com. We will reply within one business day and tell you if anything must be kept by law.
