These terms cover the work eFiling Ready does for you. How we handle personal information is on the Privacy page; how we store, keep and delete your documents is on the Document handling page.
What we do
eFiling Ready reviews documents you provide (such as test reports, certificates and purchase orders), extracts certificate data, identifies gaps and inconsistencies, contacts suppliers and labs on your instruction, and delivers files for your review and use.
What we do not do
We do not file with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), classify goods, give customs or legal advice, test products, or certify products. We are not a licensed customs broker or law firm.
Your responsibility
You (or the manufacturer) remain the certifier. You must review and approve every record before it is used or filed. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents you supply and for deciding which rules apply to your products.
Deliverables
Depending on the plan: an SKU-level gap report, a Product Registry preparation file, a customs broker handoff sheet and a source-linked audit trail. Deliverables are prepared for your review. They are not a certificate, a filing or a guarantee that an entry will clear.
Turnaround
- Quick Check: next business day.
- Certificate Preflight: 3–5 business days.
- Compliance Desk: ongoing; turnaround for new SKUs and certificate versions is agreed with you.
Turnaround counts from when we have your SKU list and documents. Time spent waiting on suppliers or labs is not included.
Prices and payment
Quick Check $290 for 10 SKUs. Certificate Preflight $890 for 25 SKUs, plus $30 per extra SKU. Compliance Desk $349 per month, cancel any month. A Quick Check fee is credited toward a Preflight. Prices are in USD. New clients pay 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Our total liability for any job is limited to the fees paid for that job.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Work already agreed continues under the terms in place when it was agreed.
